Communications Intern

POSITION TITLE: Communications Intern
DEPARTMENT: Communications 
REPORTS TO: Communications Manager

The Latino Policy Forum seeks a part-time marketing communications intern to assist with day-to-day marketing communications duties, with a special focus on social media updates and monitoring. Current students or recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. This unpaid internship position offers an excellent opportunity for skills development and portfolio-building, along with networking. Interns will be asked to work a minimum of 10 hours/week.

The Latino Policy Forum is the only organization in the Chicago area that facilitates the involvement of Latinos at all levels of public decision-making. The Forum strives to improve education outcomes, advocate for affordable housing, promote just immigration policies, and engage diverse sectors of the community. It does this by conducting analysis to inform, influence and lead, all with an understanding that advancing Latinos advances a shared future.
